Consists of five (5) members of the Council to deal with all matters pertaining to expenditures and the budget.
Meets monthly on the third Wednesday of the month prior to the regular Town Council meeting and by special posting, at the Greenfield Police Department Meeting Room. During budget season the Committee meets more frequently.
